We clean flats and houses following renovation work in Warsaw and the surrounding area. This is post-renovation cleaning: dust, paint residue and silicone — not just a simple floor clean. After renovation or, once you’ve taken delivery from the developer, the interior is either ready for final inspection or ready to move into. If you’re also finishing interior finishing, we’ll arrange for the cleaning to be done once the work is finished.

For flats and houses in Warsaw following a full refurbishment renovation, after the finishing team has completed their work and before handover by the developer.

Dust – not just a quick wipe

Construction dust gets into the grouting, sockets and window sills — ordinary cleaning doesn’t cover it all.

We carry out our work once the building work has been completed, provided there is access to water and electricity. We also travel to the Warsaw area, provided the project size and travel distance are suitable.

What does cleaning up after a renovation involve?

Valuation based on photographs

You send us the floor area and photos. You’ll receive a quote for the Standard, Premium or VIP package. We price post-construction or post-refurbishment cleaning in the same way: based on the photos, not on a template.

Timing and implementation

We arrange a date. We clean the flat and hand it over in a clean condition.

Three packages

Standard includes a technical handover before the furniture is delivered. Premium — after delivery and assembly. VIP — plus unpacking and organising the kitchen, bathroom and wardrobes.

How much does it cost to have a flat cleaned after renovation in Warsaw?
The Standard package starts at 1,000 PLN, the Premium package at 1,500 PLN, and the VIP package at 2,000 PLN. The final price depends on the floor area, the level of soiling and the photographs provided. Quotes are provided on a case-by-case basis — with no obligation.
How long does it take to clean a flat after renovation?
For a typical volume of belongings, the Standard package usually takes one working day. The Premium and VIP packages take longer, as they include cleaning the furniture or unpacking and arranging your belongings.
Do you tidy up before the technical handover?
Yes. The Standard Package is designed for post-renovation cleaning: after the renovation work has been completed, but before the furniture is moved in. We remove construction dust from the walls, floors, skirting boards, radiators, windows and the bathroom.
Do you remove construction dust and silicone residue?
Yes. The Standard package includes the removal of dust from all surfaces, as well as any residual paint and silicone. We quote separately for more stubborn post-construction dirt as an additional service.
What is the difference between Standard, Premium and VIP?
The Standard package is an unfurnished flat. The Premium package includes the Standard package plus a clean-up after the furniture has been delivered and assembled. The VIP package adds unpacking of crockery and toiletries, and arranging items in wardrobes.
